Once work has commenced, service fees paid may not be refundable. Refund requests, if applicable, shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to the nature of the service, work completed, government charges incurred, and administrative expenses already invested in the project. Government fees and statutory payments are generally non-refundable.
